Jupiter's 631STO Clarinet won the MIA's (Musical Instrument Association) 2005 award for Best Woodwind Instrument. In 2001, the honor went to Jupiter's 300L Trumpet and in 2004, the 565GL Saxophone was awarded this distinction.

The innovative Soundstart Program run by Jupiter's UK agent, Korg, won the MIA's 2005 Industry Innovation Award for Suppliers.
