JUPITER Soprano, Alto, and Tenor Saxes are outfitted with V16 series reeds which offer a thicker tip and longer pallet than the Traditional. This results in a more brilliant, percussive tone that is especially popular with Jazz musicians and the extra thickness gives the ligature a better grip.
